Meditrips — Medical Tourism in Vietnam VE247 Co., Ltd.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Meditrips services. By submitting a consultation request or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Meditrips
Meditrips is a medical tourism consultancy operated by VE247 Co., Ltd., a company registered in Vietnam (Tax ID: 0110759456), located at 281 Truong Chinh, Khuong Mai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi, Vietnam.
We act as an intermediary and coordination service — connecting patients with independently operated hospitals, clinics, and licensed medical professionals in Vietnam. We are not a healthcare provider, hospital, or medical facility.
2. Services We Provide
Meditrips offers the following services:
- Free initial consultation to assess your medical needs and budget
- Matching you with appropriate JCI-accredited partner hospitals in Vietnam
- Coordination of appointments, pre-travel communications, and logistics support
- Translation and in-hospital English-language assistance (where applicable)
- Post-procedure follow-up coordination between patient and hospital
We do not:
- Provide any medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice
- Perform medical procedures or employ licensed physicians
- Guarantee specific medical outcomes or results
- Provide medical insurance or cover any medical liability
3. Eligibility
By using Meditrips services, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- You are using our services voluntarily and with informed consent
- All information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
4. Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Meditrips is not a medical provider.
- All medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment decisions are made exclusively by licensed physicians and medical professionals at our partner hospitals
- We do not guarantee any medical outcome, recovery timeline, or level of success for any procedure
- All medical decisions remain entirely between you and your treating physician
- You are strongly encouraged to consult your primary care physician in your home country before traveling abroad for medical treatment
- Medical procedures carry inherent risks. By proceeding with treatment at our partner facilities, you acknowledge and accept those risks

5. Patient Responsibilities
As a patient engaging Meditrips services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current medical history and health information
- Inform us and your treating physician of all medications, allergies, and pre-existing conditions
- Follow all pre-operative and post-operative instructions provided by your treating hospital
- Arrange appropriate travel insurance covering medical emergencies
- Arrange or confirm your own flights, accommodation, and local transportation (Meditrips can assist with recommendations but does not book these on your behalf)
- Notify us promptly if your health status changes significantly between inquiry and travel
6. Pricing and Payment
6.1 Consultation Fee
Initial consultations via our website, email, WhatsApp, or phone are free of charge.
6.2 Service Coordination Fee
For patients who proceed with treatment, Meditrips charges a coordination fee, which varies by the complexity of services coordinated. The exact fee will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before any commitment.
6.3 Medical Procedure Fees
Fees for medical procedures are charged directly by the partner hospital. Meditrips does not inflate hospital prices. Any pricing displayed on our website is an estimate and may vary based on individual diagnosis and treatment plan.
6.4 Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation of coordination services more than 14 days before scheduled procedure: Full refund of coordination fee
- Cancellation within 7–14 days: 50% refund of coordination fee
- Cancellation within 7 days: No refund of coordination fee
- Hospital cancellation fees are governed by the respective hospital's own policy and are beyond Meditrips' control
7. Partner Hospital Relationship
Meditrips partners with JCI-accredited and Ministry of Health-licensed hospitals in Vietnam. These facilities operate independently. Meditrips:
- Does not own, operate, or manage any hospital or clinic
- Is not liable for the clinical decisions, outcomes, or conduct of partner hospitals or their staff
- Does not guarantee the availability of specific physicians or procedures at the time of your travel
- Reserves the right to recommend alternative partner facilities if your primary choice is unavailable
All contracts for medical treatment are between you and the partner hospital directly.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Meditrips and VE247 Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any medical outcomes, complications, or adverse events arising from treatment received at partner hospitals
- Our total liability for any claim related to our coordination services shall not exceed the coordination fee paid to Meditrips for that service
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political events, or hospital emergencies
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meditrips, VE247 Co., Ltd., and their employees, partners, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Inaccurate or incomplete information you provided to us or to partner hospitals
- Any medical treatment decisions made in relation to your case
10. Intellectual Property
All content on meditrips.net — including text, images, logos, pricing information, and patient guides — is owned by or licensed to VE247 Co., Ltd. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use any content without our prior written permission.
11. Privacy
Your use of Meditrips services is also governed by our Privacy Policy at meditrips.net/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Communications
By submitting a consultation request, you consent to receive:
- Responses to your inquiry via email, WhatsApp, or phone
- Service-related updates about your coordination process
- Optional: Marketing communications (you may opt out at any time)
We will not contact you with unsolicited spam or share your contact details with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Hanoi, Vietnam.
For US customers, we acknowledge your consumer rights under applicable federal and state law and will engage in good faith to resolve any dispute.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
