After receiving treatment in Vietnam, your ongoing care in your home country is your responsibility. We recommend:

  • Obtaining full medical records and discharge summaries in English from your treating hospital before departure
  • Scheduling follow-up appointments with your home physician before you travel
  • Carrying all relevant medical records during your return journey
  • Disclosing all procedures performed abroad to any treating physician in your home country
